Probably your most important and first question that needs to be answered: “Is Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” a scam? I completely understand that, and where you are coming from. I have been scammed before with some work from home promises, and everyday there’s a lot more scams showing up right in front of our eyes, and at the click of a button. So, yes, I know your worries and they should be respected. Here is the answer: NO, NOT A SCAM! But would you like to put the author to the test?
Here is some information regarding Tom Venuto. He has been featured on numerous websites and known magazines, such as Men’s Exercise and Men’s Fitness, Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, and Ironman. To add more to his background, he is a hardcover national best-seller for “The Body Fat Solution.” Need some more? Have you heard of the Oprah Magazine? Well, there was a blurb about his latest book in this magazine! You can do your own research too. Just type his name on any search engine and you will be amazed how much information you can find about him.
Tom Venuto is a bodybuilder, but please, don’t think this is just for bodybuilding. Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is based on what he best describes as “fat-burning secrets of bodybuilders and fitness models.” His body is beyond amazing shape, and look how he’s got nice six-pack abs. Let me tell you, no steroids at all. Hard to believe, right? But his lifetime is all natural, and he has even competed in drug-tested competitions for over 20 years! Pretty reassuring!
If you decide to do your research on the book, you will come across information such as Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle was released in 2002, and became the number 1 e-book and best-seller for 4 years in a row! Now research other internet weight loss programs. What you will find out is that the majority of them have not even been around for that long.
Now, will Burn the Fat really burn the fat?
Here is what they claim: “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is that bodybuilders and fitness models are the leanest athletes in the world. Venuto himself was 3.7% body fat at one point (note: on the day of a contest). Therefore, says Venuto, if you find out how bodybuilding, fitness and figure competitors get so lean and you do the same thing, you will get the same results.” As much as that makes all the sense, there is definitely no easy and magic solution.
You will learn with his system that you will not get the “6-pack abs” or an amazing body like a “fitness model” simply by training little, like a few minutes a day and indulging yourself with junk. As a matter of fact, no weight loss system will work. But don’t worry, he will teach you that in order to get lean you also have to change your lifestyle. With that said, you will need to replace your old habits that got you where you are with new and healthier ones.
On the Burn The Fat website, you will come across a page full of testimonials. But how can you know if they are legitimate? This is pretty cool! There is a free discussion forum “Burn The Fat Facebook group,” where you will encounter more than you can mage members who incredibly support each other to implement the program. That’s not all! You can also find many “Burn The Fat Yahoo groups.” For paid online support, there is an online community sponsored by Tom Venuto himself. You can also research it: it’s called “Burn The Fat Inner Circle,” The downside for this is that the membership to this site is optional and doesn’t come with the e-book, as I mentioned it was a paid support. Totally worth it though, but not necessary.
Ok, so my last topic: can he “fix” anybody, will it work for anybody?
Here is where I have failed before. I was not ready to do the work, and everything I tried I failed. So, even though Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is a best seller with lots of proof of it, it will depend entirely on your effort and your investment with time. But with dedication and hard work, you CAN get permanent, significant, and natural fat loss. It’s just like I mentioned before: commitment, motivation, and dedication. These 3 things can take you further than you can possibly imagine!
Now, the book also focus on nutrition, and counting calories will be important when creating your menu plans. And remember, this system may not be for everyone. Burn The Fat will be best if you can work with structure and are OK with detail orientation.
So, what is my final verdict on Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle?
Yes, TWO THUMBS UP!!! As long as you understand this is NOT one of those quick fix weight loss solutions, and you are not interested in diet pills, or prefer not to exercise, then Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle will probably be a great choice for you. But be true to yourself. Don’t just cheat on your true feelings and willingness, as that will bring you back right where you started. You can always try, and decide for yourself.
