The next words are positive. They allow you to see yourself as a non-smoker. They paint a picture of you breathing easily. You feel healthy. You are more alive than you have ever been before. You are happy and content. You see yourself in appositive light as being a non-smoker.
When you complete your first session of self hypnosis you are well on your way to a lifetime free from smoking. You will have to repeat the process regularly to ensure the message remains imprinted on your subconscious. Nevertheless, you can quickly establish the basics of your goal through one session of self hypnosis. Smoking will stop.
